3. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties and Abroad

PIANO may share your personal data with our group companies, business partners, business contacts, dealers, servers located domestically or abroad as required by the information technologies we use, and companies providing server support, as well as domestic/foreign individuals and institutions from whom we receive physical server and/or cloud services, companies that process data on behalf of PIANO, provide customer satisfaction measurement and profiling support, and support in matters requiring the processing of personal data in sales and marketing, our contracted customers, suppliers, auditing companies or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, provided that adequate security and confidentiality measures are taken within the framework of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and relevant legislation, for the purpose of conducting company activities, ensuring business relationships between data owners and our customers and/or conducting meetings for this purpose, offering services, opportunities and possibilities, and improving service quality; and with other relevant authorities, including but not limited to these.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("Law")

PIANO will respond to the following requests from interested parties:

1. a) To find out whether PIANO processes their personal data and which personal data it processes.
2. b) Obtaining information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
3. c) Knowing the third parties to whom PIANO transfers personal data, domestically or internationally.
4. d) Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
5. e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the law.
6. f) In case of a request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; requesting that the actions taken be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
7. g) The right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to the individual, resulting solely from the analysis of processed data by automated systems, and
