    1) Until when can I return the product I bought online?
    You can return the product you purchased within 14 days. You can use your right of withdrawal.       

    2) Until when can I change the product I bought?
    You can make a replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    3) What are the return and exchange conditions for custom made products?
    Personalized custom products, made in different colors, with names or the like written, can not be returned or exchanged, however, we commit  to pay 60% of your invoice amount whenever you want regardless of the duration.


    4) How do I send the product I want to return or exchange to you?
    If there is a defect or problem in the product you purchased, we pay the shipping cost. If you want to return or change it arbitrarily, the shipping costs for return or exchange belong to you You can send products with Yurtiçi Cargo, through Loomis Insurance.

    5) When will my order be delivered to the cargo company?
    Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 5 working days at the latest.

    6) How many days will the custom made products for which I have a special request and / or request changes or additions be ready for delivery?
    Customized products are delivered to cargo within 15 working days at the latest.

    7) What are the payment options?
    You can shop on with Credit Card, EFT or Wire Transfer payment methods. If you want, you can use the option of 8 installments to credit card.

    8) When are orders placed by money order or EFT processed?
    The processing date of orders placed by wire transfer / EFT is the date when the payment is transferred to our bank accounts, not the date the order is placed. Orders placed by wire transfer / EFT will not be paid within 3 business days the orders are cancelled.

    9) I want to send a product for repair. How can I send?
    Piano products are under lifetime repair and maintenance warranty. You can send it for repair or maintenance at any time. Shipping cost of the shipments will belong to you.





    10) Can I use the images posted on the online sales site on my own site?
    Images or texts published on site cannot be used elsewhere without permission.

    11) Do the same sales conditions apply to your stores?

    The prices and sales conditions of the products on the site are only specific to purchases made on this site.


    12) What are the processes when we return the product? When will my payment account be transferred?
    Returned products go through a control process that lasts 1 week at the latest after they arrive at our center. If the product you send is checked in accordance with your right of withdrawal, the amount you paid will be refunded with the same payment method.
    Damaged in a way that does not comply with the right of withdrawal etc. the products are reported and sent back in the same way. You will be informed by phone or mail.
    Note: Refunds to credit cards are usually in your account within 1-7 days. Due to the problem caused by the banking system, debit cardS returns can take up to 30 days.
