Refund policy
In product return transactions, the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers shall apply. The right of withdrawal can be used within 14 days after the product reaches the customer. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify www.pianojewellery.com by e-mail or phone within this period and the product must not be used. In case of use of the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to return the cargo delivery report copy stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Customer was sent to www.pianojewellery.com and the original invoice. Following the receipt of these documents, the product examination is carried out by experts. Returns are still made with Erbay Cargo. The shipping fee belongs to the sender. As a result of the inspection, the product price of the products that are suitable for return will be refunded within 7 days using the same method as the Customer's payment method. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal-Cancellation
The customer cannot use the right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the Customer's special requests and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.
No changes or returns are made for piercings due to hygiene rules.
The orders you want to return must be sent to the address at the bottom of the page, complete and undamaged, with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials as they were sent to you. During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration or similar loss of value in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the customer making the return transaction belongs to the customer making the return. After the return is received, experts will examine whether the return conditions are met. If the return is approved, the cost of the products will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed via bank transfer/EFT. The reflection of your return in your credit card account depends on the transaction status of your bank and takes between 1-4 weeks.
