All terms and conditions specified herein are only valid for products purchased from pianojewellery.com. The responsibility for the package arriving at the Piano headquarters belongs to the consumer. After the product reaches us and the necessary inspections are carried out, if the product return is accepted, the product fee will be refunded to you.

In product return transactions, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 shall apply. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days after the product reaches the customer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify www.pianojewellery.com by e-mail or phone within this period and the product must not be used. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to a 3rd party or the Customer was sent to www.pianojewellery.com must be returned. Following the receipt of these documents, the product examination is carried out by experts. Return transactions are again carried out by Yurtiçi Kargo. The cargo fee belongs to the sender. As a result of the examination, the product price of the products that are suitable for return is refunded within 7 days using the same method as the Customer's payment method. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.
